Fourth Part of the Day

Issue 80

I decided I need to take on promoting my Substack. I spent this week writing bios and about pages. I mapped out a posting calendar for January and developed a companion Instagram cadence. Look out it’s 2026 and I’m putting my writing out there. Our four parts this week allowed for planning and reflecting.

First Part

Most know I’m a fan of a two-piece set. I usually stick to navy or olive green so this week, I branched out to a nice coffee, chocolate brown ribbed set. It’s not meant for warmth, but it is comfortable and perfect for travel days.

Second Part

Chris gifted me a mini Longchamp so I quickly ordered the crossbody converter kit. The leather color perfectly matched the bag’s leather. Now, I’m game day and everyday ready.

Third Part

I received Sephora gift cards for Christmas and decided to try new skin care products. I focused on brightening and taking care of dark spots. An influencer I follow recommends Beauty of Joseon products. This Glow Deep serum seems to be what I need.

Fourth Part

I’ve been cleaning out and cleaning up, finding so many things I had either forgotten about or didn’t think I could use again. I went through the stack of books on my nightstand and came across this little prayer devotion by Lisa Whittle. I can’t remember what year I spent the 40 days praying these five-word prayers so I know it is a good idea to start again.
